In Matthew 28:16-20, otherwise known as the Great Commission, Jesus calls his disciples to make disciples. This same call is our call as Christians today! We are called to come after Jesus, follow Him, and teach others to do the same. But how? What do we do? Where do we start? These are some of the questions we are going to answer and more. We have been called on mission and discipleship is our calling! Join us as we find our purpose in Christ alone!
We are a Church plant in San Antonio, Tx. We want to see lost people RESCUED, rescued people RENEWED and renewed people REPRODUCED. All for the glory of God. We love Jesus and His Word.

Jesus is for Every Moment
At Hometown Church, we believe Jesus is not confined to Sundays or specific times and places. He is meant to be a constant presence in every moment of our lives. This understanding defines us as a community of believers.
Bible Believing: The Word of God is the foundation upon which we stand. It provides us with guidance, wisdom, and truth to navigate life's challenges. We don't see the Bible as anything other than God-breathed revelation to us.
Christ Exalting: Jesus Christ is at the center of everything we do. His life, death, and resurrection define our faith. We worship Him, serve others in His name, and surrender ourselves to His lordship. By exalting Him, we acknowledge His supreme authority.
Grace Drenched: Recognizing our imperfections, we rely on God's grace. It is through His grace that we are saved, forgiven, and transformed. This understanding shapes our relationships with one another and the world. We strive to extend grace to others as we have received from Christ alone.
Following and Inviting: We are on a lifelong journey to follow Jesus. It requires daily commitment to align our lives with His teachings and example. As we grow in our relationship with Him, we invite others to experience the love, grace, and joy we have found.
